Who is Jefferson?

Welcome to Butler Cooking LLC! I’m Jefferson Butler, owner and founder.

With over 8 years of experience, I specialize in catering, meal prep, and private dining. As an official vendor for Baltimore City Schools, I’ve partnered with schools to provide catering services and culinary programs, teaching over 100 students how to cook, including plant-based recipes.

I’m also the author of The Transformation Cookbook, where I share my passion for healthy and flavorful cooking.

I’m passionate about community service. I give back by feeding the homeless, providing meals for youth organizations and after-school programs, and working with nonprofits. Through these partnerships I’ve helped kids develop skills in cooking, customer service, hospitality, communication, and entrepreneurship in the culinary field.
